Over the past 20+ years, he has dedicated his career to gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of residential construction — from full-home remodels and basement finishes to additions and custom updates.
Having worked alongside top trades, designers, and architects, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. His background in inspections and project management means he understands not only how to build, but how to guide homeowners through the process with confidence. For nearly 20 years, he successfully owned and operated a staffing agency, where he mastered the art of managing complex projects, building efficient systems, and keeping operations running smoothly across multiple locations. After selling his company in 2023, William embraced a new challenge — residential renovations — where his expertise in organization, planning, and financial management has become an essential part of Elliam’s success.
While Mike focuses on the build side, William ensures the backend of every renovation runs seamlessly. From budgeting and scheduling to cash flow management and process optimization, he provides the structure and oversight that allow projects to be delivered on time and on budget. His ability to anticipate challenges, streamline communication, and maintain strong operational systems ensures homeowners enjoy a stress-free renovation experience from start to finish.
