We start with a simple phone call to learn about your home, your goals, and your vision. This is a no-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, share ideas, and get a sense of how we work. We’ll also discuss your budget and explain what the next steps look like.
2. In-Home Assessment
Next, we visit your home to better understand your space. We’ll take measurements, review existing conditions, and talk through ideas so we can recommend the best approach for your renovation.
3. Detailed Proposal & Fixed-Price Contract
You’ll receive a detailed proposal that outlines the full scope of work, timelines, and a fixed price — so there are no surprises later. Once you’re comfortable with the plan, we finalize everything with a clear contract.
4. Design & Planning
Our team helps you make design decisions and choose finishes that fit your style, budget, and needs. We handle permits and paperwork so you don’t have to. You’ll also get access to our client portal, where you can view updates, documents, and schedules anytime.
5. Construction Begins
This is where the transformation happens. Our skilled team manages every detail — keeping the jobsite clean, safe, and respectful of your home. We provide regular updates and are always available to answer your questions (within 24 hours).
6. Project Completion & Clean Home Guarantee
When construction is complete, we bring in a professional cleaning crew, duct cleaners, and window cleaners so your home truly sparkles. We then do a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
7. Post-Project Support
Our relationship doesn’t end when the tools are packed up. We check in to make sure you’re happy and provide any support you need after the project is finished. We conduct a 3-month and 1-year check in after the project is completed.
